What does it mean when it says “Letter can be completely edited?”
We mean that all the text in the letter can be changed. Start with one of our pre-written letter templates then add, delete, copy/paste or edit any of the text in the letter. This allows the letter to be 100% unique to each customer. You can add a P.S. to the letter or edit it with details only Santa would know!
Can I combine multiple Letters into one transaction?
YES! You can order multiple letters under one transaction. Each letter will be addressed and mailed separately so each recipient receives their own personalized letter in the mail.
I have more than one child, will they receive the exact same letter from Santa?
NO! We offer unique templates as a starting point with multiple personalization points, but you'll also be able to edit each Santa Letter, making each letter completely unique!
How will my letter be postmarked?
Your Santa letter will be designed as if it's straight from the North Pole, all Santa Letters include the commemorative North Pole postmark.
What are my payment options?
We accept online orders using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Can I pay by personal check or money order?
No. We apologize for any inconvenience.
When will my child's package ship?
All orders will ship out within 48 hours. Due to the seasonal nature of our service, the earlier you order your letter in the year the faster the design time. The delivery time depends completely on the time it takes the U.S. Postal Service to deliver your letters. If you are inside the United States then First Class mail usually takes about 3-10 days to arrive.

We stop accepting orders on December 15th however, the Printable Package will remain available through Christmas Day.

Will my letter(s) arrive before Christmas?
Absolutely! We make it a priority for each child to receive their Santa Letter before Christmas Eve so they know that Santa is coming to their house.
How do I know if my Top Santa Letter order went thru?
Once you’ve completed the ordering process, the last page will be the receipt page which contains your order number. Santa’s elves will also send you a confirmation email which contains your order details, along with your order number.
Why didn’t I receive my email confirmation?
The email receipt may have been sent to your ‘SPAM’ folder. If you have any concerns or questions with your order, please contact us.
How do I make changes to my order?
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately. It is important that you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to make any necessary changes.
Do you have a Money Back Guarantee?
YES! It's extremely important to us that our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase. We offer a 30 day guarantee return policy. If you or your child are not completely satisfied with your purchase from topsantaletters.com, request and receive 100% of your purchase price.

Is my personal information given out, shared or sold?
We do not sell, give out, or use your personal information for any other purpose than to write your letter and mail it out.
Why don't you offer the letters for free?
You can get free letters simply by writing to Santa, but these are generic copies that the elves send out. It costs us a little to process the real personalized letters.
Is it safe to give out so much information on my child?
At Top Santa Letters, we take you and your child's privacy very seriously. We do not share your information with anyone, for any reason, ever. We only use the information that you provide to create a unique gift for you child that he or she will cherish for years to come.
Do you sell any of the items individually?
Yes! We are the only Santa letter shop that allows you to buy package items individually.
How do I print the Santa letter?
We recommend using Adobe Reader. If the letter is open on your browser, save it to your computer first (Right-click > Save As).

Using Adobe Reader, check the page size: click on "File" from the menu on the top left and choose "Print Setup" (if using a Mac, choose "Page Setup"). Select "US Letter" if you are in the US/Canada, or "A4" for the rest of the world. Click ok. Now choose "File" and "Print" and make sure that the Page Scaling option is set to "Shrink to Printable Area".

How do I print the envelope?
We recommend using Adobe Reader. If the envelope is open on your browser, save it to your computer first (Right-click > Save As).

Using Adobe Reader, check the page size: click on "File" from the menu on the top left and choose "Print Setup" (if using a Mac, choose "Page Setup"). Select envelope type "No. 10" if you are in the US/Canada, or "DL Envelope" for the rest of the world. Click ok. Now choose "File" and "Print" and make sure that the Page Scaling option is set to "Shrink to Printable Area" and the "Auto-Rotate and Center" option is checked.
